Advice on staying warm at home

It is important to keep warm in your home.

The first thing to remember is to keep active and keep moving. If you feel you cannot do this alone, get some help from your friends, family or GP.

There are products available to help you to stay warm such as heated throws, seat pads and seat covers. These may reduce your heating expenses and can be purchased both online and in stores. These products may also help with easing back pain or general aches and pains you may be suffering from.

Please ensure, however, not to have your room so cold that you need to use product like this. You should also take care if you intend to smoke around these kinds of product.
